How to turn off porn/nudity contents?

If you don't wish to follow a link, then in the Steam client, upper right corner: Click on your avatar, then go to "Store Preferences."

Uncheck:
Adult Only Sexual Content
Sexual content that is explicit or graphic and is intended for adults only. By ticking this box you affirm that you are at least eighteen years old.

This will only hide games that are "Adult Only" such as porn games. These games clearly say "Adult Only" on the store page.

It will not hide games that have nudity such as the Witcher 3.

Steam > Settings > Account Details > Preferences > Uncheck "Adult Only Sexual Content" and anything else you don't want to see.

It's specifically the "Adult Only Sexual Content" category that will block actual bonafide porn. The leave the others checked if you still want to see "M" or "PEGI18" rated games that happen to have nudity, but aren't necessarily porn.

Mind you this option is unchecked by default, so if it's checked for you, this means you or someone else who has used your account has enabled it.
