My comments are deleted

I received a community warning a few weeks ago and the comments I wrote around 2 weeks before the warning were deleted, now I'm seeing comments I made years ago are deleted too. Is this how the system works or am I missing something?

In a Thread a Mod sometimes deletes your post without giving you a warning.
Usually when there's a Quote of a post that was against the rules.

You should have the offending comment (or post) in the Warning Message so you know what exactly triggered it.
And yes, this can happen after years too. Your comment could not have been reported for a long time, so nobody did anything.

And after a few years someone saw it and hit the report.

If they decide to check your comment history, and they find things that break the rules, they have the power to do as they please.

Thing is, the comments I wrote on my own profile are all gone, comments I wrote elsewhere are still present except the ones I wrote two weeks prior to the warning. I don't understand why comments I've written on my profile since 6 years ago are all gone, literally all of them.

If they were all against the rules and all got reported, this would make sense. All it needs is someone to go through every page and flag everything he finds that's against the rules.

Now that I think about it, I remember there was some flaming in my comment section but due to the community warning my comments were removed but theirs stayed. I reported the profile for the mean comments, but maybe I couldn't get my point across and they deleted my comments instead? I don't remember getting a reply for the ticket, is there a way I can track the tickets I made for further detail?

On another note, I received a very generic reason as to why I received a community warning, the flagged comment was not mentioned at all.

Yes, this is good. If I said some remark in 3rd grade, I should be held criminally responsible for that comment!

lol no one is getting arrested/charged over it. getting a warning means maybe people should watch their mouth. so many people feel they can do whatever/whenever. breaking the rules which are clearly there isn't hard to do.
