NovaPlay payment method is not working
The site is unresponsive and shows an error message after trying to use it, on every platform and browser the problems persists. When will it be fixed?

NovaPlay has nothing to do with Steam. If they have issues you have to contact them.

it does have something to do with steam, just not something steam can resolve as it is novaplay that are down. so you will need to wait until novaplay resolves the issue so you can purchase games again in the store.

If NovaPlay is down it has nothing to do with Steam, no. It would if Steam wouldn't accept it for Payment for whatever reason.

If you don't understand what novaplay then I suggest you read up on it. What their business relationship is with steam.

When you have done exactly that, then write a short description of it so that I can see you have understood it.

I will not be responding to you if you don't demonstrate that you have the ability to read and comprehend the business relationship with steam.

Its working again, the servers were down for a maintenance.

OH? This completely separate company with it's own servers was down and a completely a separate issue from Steam? Stop the presses!!
