The new Steam UI wastes too much screen space, the bottom bar is 3x the height it needs to be, the menus when you right click are 2x too big wasting space around the words, the library list has extra wasted space at the top menu its not even compact anymore, they act like we are all Visually impaired now, can't this just be a separate option for those users that like bulky wasted space on UI taking up what could be displaying more information?

The whole design is ♥♥♥♥, but what else is new. That ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ push of "mobile design" aesthetics on platforms that have completely different resolutions and screen dimensions, never mind customer expectations, is pure puke.

Doesn't work, at least copying my backup of all five exes from before and using the -vgui. Still showing me the new client.

actually there are many examples its just steam doesn't talk about them anymore or they are removed for being well you know point is steam users have a history of abusing valve
