Considering that I know the game will lead up to that crap moment... Nope, I'll pass. And I think many think the same way, meaning R* would be loosing money on this.
I've heard these rumors too... (Rant about Epic removed because it's not relevant.)
In other words, too much time and money. It is just not because it will take "too much work." Of course it is going to take a lot of work to port such a game, that was a lazy response.
You're right, you're right. I see "Epic" and get a bit triggered.
Then you'll be waiting forever. RDR1's code was spaghetti and Rockstar were lucky enough to even get it running stable and well on the consoles at the time. If you really wanna play RDR1 on PC, there are currently emulators that do a good job. And it's only a duology. Unless you're counting Red Dead Revolver but that one isn't related to Redemption.
