There is no evidence that AI is controlling the games. There are some games that will fill missing player slots(like with PUBG) with bots so people don't have to wait too long to find matches. With PUBG being as popular as it is, it is doubtful they have to do so.
Game devs are in control of their game forums unless they choose not to opt out having Steam Support mod the forums. They can set their own rules to an extent for their forums.
Be prepared to back up the "scam" allegations with some hard evidence before you say it is.
They can take action against defamatory allegation statements.
I know one game which is very eager to push "powerups" in your face and if you depleted 'm... maybe you want to buy some more jewels in order to buy more powerups?
The thing is: I can proof that those games are rigged. Play a "insane hard" level several times a day and you'll fail. Try again the next morning... oh dear: you just need 1 - 6 tiles, something you might have been able to do with a powerup.
Then just stop playing the game for 2 - 3 weeks, try again and lo and behold: that ultra hard level will be completed without any help what so ever. Ergo the game is rigged.
Thing is though... no one is forcing people to pour money into all that. If you think the game is rigged, then why would you in the first place?
Yes, that game is rigged as u say, nice explanation u give, i agree, the bad part is, "gamedevs saying the game isn't rigged, it's random, ask to you player for evidence, then silence u and after that if u insist they ban u".
If the game is rigged, then write on the description "rigged game free2play", so it can't be called anymore scam.
Just because people complain about something doesn't mean it needs to be investigated or even changed. Those players can also simply choose to stop playing the game if it isn't the way they like it.
What if they say in the supermarket that was milk of cow and after you drink it u discover it's only milk of bull ? That's not a scam ? The scam isn't the lie behind what developers sell? (Product disinformation)
Why if i discover that the game is rigger and i said it togheter with others players, they ban me and steam approve it ?
Edit: Saying it's not scam isn't the truth and don't make it real, isn't enough cos i think is simple the difference from a scam and a genuine thing and it's nothing must be teach to other, all can recognize a scam, the hard work is for them who want to hide it with disinformation.
There's a huge difference between saying that you think a game is rigged or... actually accusing the game of scamming people. The last part is plain out slander, even my comment above doesn't prove any scamming going on in the slightest.
It's not a scam if you provide players with an option to pay 2 win, even if the winning aspect is rigged. Because since when is a p2w a guaranteed fact?
What gamer doesn't know about lootboxes for example?
But even so, in the end you always have a choice... don't pour money into that crap. Done.
Hell the number of card-style gacha games that exist that do this yet people get mad when their super legendary hero is not on the same par as the literal same hero of another player literally comes down to the fact the other guy grinded the gear out, maxed that heroes skills out and ranked them up.
Hell Warthunder is legendarily known for getting nerfs in games who is made by the same people as world of warships when something is to over powered, once the nerf is done the better player will OF COURSE always be on top regardless if more then one person has the same aircraft or ship.
TF2 and CS:GO were once paid but turned F2P and they had the same issues.
You want to call Valve a scammer?
