This means that individual judgements are also a thing.
A number of visual novels without got banned (refused from participating on the platform) even after the rules were relaxed for reasons no one understands. And re-evaluating these judgements doesn't usually happen apparently.
(There are exceptions, for example when a huge fanbase starts asking about it)

They have steam deck and on Android for phones too...
Steam Deck is a PC in a handheld form factor. The android app is only the store and community features. You are unable to play any games.
It sounds like what you did was use Steam Link to stream the game. It wasn't playing natively on the device.
kinda that but we linked remote pc and used (forgot program name) to link pc and basically run it on TV with steam big picture.... but it was on tv
