1. You would've gotten red / yellow notification alert that appear when login, that how you know if account got ban, or something getting revoked from account library.
2. Steam support do not delete accounts unless you requested, they can lock accounts but that if you done something against ToS which you can figure that out already, as only you would know the answer.
3. People can not report you for fruad that not how that works, and Steam has an automated system for people that chargeback on Steam, that why people can't report you for fruad. They can report for trading scam, but not for anything else.
4. If anyone private message you, email you, or whatever out of the blue telling you that your ban, have pending ban, or I accidentally reported you, is a scammer, or that their account been hijacked as victim fell for scam.
Here's are the steps do all of them, don't skip to kick the scammer off your account if had any.
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
In any case, do not trust anyone claiming to be a Valve employee or Steam Support unless it's a response to your ticket or a warning/ban notice given directly on Steam.
