I figured out how to add skins from Steam Customizer onto Steam for Linux (and possibly Mac)
Hello everyone! Steam Skin Customizer is an amazing program that is unfortunately does not properly support Linux or Mac yet. However I found a workaround.

You are going to need:
Wine
Know how to use Wine.
Steam download for windows.
Steam for Linux/Mac (obviously)

Step 1:
Make sure Steam is installed on wine and is ready to go.

Step 2:
Download the Steam Customizer Download Tool and install it.

Step 3:
Go back to your regular (Linux/Mac) browser and make your theme on the website like normal. When you are done download it.

Step 4:
Open the file with the Download Tool in Wine and apply it to Steam. (Note this will apply it for the Windows/Wine version of Steam)

Step 5: Exit Wine after it has applied it to Steam.

Step 6:

Go to your Wine Steam folder
It is located in /home/{USERNAME}/.wine/drive_c/Program Files (x84)/Steam on Linux
I think the .wine folder is located in your home folder on Mac.

Go to the folder without the “(x84)” if you can’t find Steam.

Step 7:
Go into your skins folder and copy the folder called "Enhanced Steam".

Step 8:
Now you want to open your regular Steam (your Linux/Mac one). While it is opening copy the file into your regular Steam's skins folder.

Step 9:

When Steam is open go into settings and apply the skin "Enhanced Steam".

Step 10:

Reboot Steam as you normally would when changing skins and there you go! Have fun!

Let me know if you want proof that this actually works. It will be in a form of a screen shot.

Or, open your Home directory and press Ctrl H, click on your .steam directory and paste your skins into the skins folder.

I find that to be much easier.
