Ok, my Batman arkham knight is running at one fps

Here are my specs
Intel 15 1135G7
Intel iris xe graphics
24 gigs of ram
Please help me fix this

And it's not meant for gaming.
It lacks a dedicated videocard and has only a 28Watt Quadcore CPU from 2020. Which may have had it's TDP reduced to 12 Watt. Making matters even worse in terms of performance. What Baseclock does it run at?

Generally, this CPU was designed for low power ultrabooks and low power laptops.

If you really paid 1000 bucks for that, you got ripped off.

Just add, I would suggest opt for $200 ~ $300 more that above the $1000, to get laptop that have RTX 3050 in it, as you get a mass performance over your Intel iris xe graphics you're using currently.

problem is that i can't, I'm still lowly student scum so i can't refund it without a parents approval and I need it for school and gaming laptops are to big and heavy to carry. I don't want to break my back walking to school

Your parents can refund it if it within time frame, and you can tell them you're getting a much better laptop than what you have for basically same price.

Also they're not that heavy really, so breaking back will be a bit of a stretch. I don't think you be carrying/holding the laptop in one hand either.
