So does Origin.
<removed>
They are showing up on my end
Where do you live?
Far Cry 4 and Assassin's Creed Unity were likely removed from the UK store due to the large quanity of complaints regarding the price conversion of euros into dollars.
Edit; According to some users it's due to "Game" and "Ubisoft" having a deal in the UK to not sell their recent titles on Steam, but please read the other edit.
Edit; This is all speculation apparently since there is no proof of such thing, no sources.
And you got this information from where exactly?
Is that better? I changed it.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what happened there, and you were one of the users there posting about it aswell, and were actually banned from the game hub there.
Let's not get into an arguement please.
Wrong. Ubisoft set up a deal with Game in the UK so only they can sell their games in the UK until release along with Ubisoft on Uplay.
Stop being so hostile and condescending.
I'd love a source from this, a source that is known for accurate information.
Several sources actually.
Nobody is being hostile.
Far cry 4's also on amazon in the uk.
If valve/steam isn't selling them then it could be due to complaints from UK customers that Steam sells new AAA UK games at a higher price then the rest of the world
or
maybe they refuse to sell new ubisort drm games anymore? who knows.
No they were removed like all pre-orders in the UK because GAME decided to screw people over because they can't compete with STeam, so they just forced publishers to black out the pre-orders on digital platforms.
Repeat after me
PUBLISHERS SET PRICING
How does agreement come about that only effects Valve's right to sell them games when you can pre-order the games online from plenty of other UK stores including amazon?
The agreement is of no use to GAME as you can just go pre-order it elsewhere.
Publishers set a RRP but there is ALWAYS room for deals on price or you would not see cheaper deals on pre-orders for Ubisoft games at different stores.

Again
PUBLISHERS
SET
PRICING
Publishers set the price and the sale price on Steam. Not Valve. If ubisoft isn't offering a discount on steam then they are the ones doing that.
GOG manages to avoid reginal pricing for 99.9% of the games it sells.
Pricing is decided by BOTH the publisher and the store selling it.
Valve/Steam just doesen't bother to try make any deals or reduce the reginal pricing nonsence. That's why you can often find better deals on games elsewhere in the UK or in other countries.
What were you saying about publishers setting the price and digital stores having to put up with it?
Like I said Steam/Valve does its UK customers no favours and does SET their own HIGHER prices. I can get the digital version of exactly the same game a lot cheaper almost anywhere else.
