It's a bit surprising there are any newer movies on Steam.
It just might have taken a while for the remaining movies to get removed.
I grabbed the Ghost in the Shell stuff because I'm a bit of fanboy of the original Anime's.
(edit)
Speaking of which... the GiTS videos have also been removed, so this isn't something specifically related to Nekopara. At first glance I imagined this might have something to do with the OVA set but that's obviously not the case.
Before that Steam had full anime seasons and normal tv shows and such.
I still own quiet a few of them on Steam like Black Flag Season 1-4, Ash VS Evil Dead Season 1-3, Spartacus Season 1-4 and a bunch of anime series.
But it was just not a very profitable it seems so Valve basically tossed out the whole section only leaving a few videos that had video game related content.
It is what it is.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
This is the reason.
I thought it was retired years ago.
LOL.

So far, 86 videos are available on the store yet until around 1 hour and 20 minutes left.
I doubt that keys for that stuff where sold outside of steam, as most of the content was sold at other sites/streaming services too.
