It's responsibility to manage your account, that why get a book to write your account info, or get a password manager.
You can do family share between your two accounts, so don't have to keep switching, but keep in mind, not all games can be family shared normally multiplayer games.
Share the games if possible. Hopefully you did not spend too much money on the secondary.
Completely false, please don't give people false hope if you have no idea what you are talking about. Support will not do it. Too many chances for abuse, regrets, etc.

OP, the best you can do is to just family share one account with the other. It won't help for any mp online stuff but it's useful for anything else.
Also, it's best to decide which you prefer to be the main account and just stick to that one.
