How to find out who the streamer is of a broadcast to a game.

Is there any way to find out who has their stream uploaded to a steam game?

Anyone knows who the streamer for the game "Forgive Me Father" is?

Like that yeah, or when you click in on a specific game in the store.

You mean the thing that says:

NOW BROADCASTING: WATCH THE DEVELOPER PLAY

That's at the top of the games page? As far as I'm aware any streaming is from the publisher/dev not random internet streamers.

Some are from the devs yes, but not all. For example, whenever a new dlc comes out for Dead By Daylight, there are broadcasts from the streamer Otzdarva who plays them, which is shown at the dlc's store page.

I guess your best bet is to go to the game's forum pages and make a post asking, an maybe the devs might let you know.
