It also omits any achievement of games with "profile features limited", which is the most likely explanation for new games not showing up.
Good point! I overlooked that possibility.
What is "profile features limited"? I don't recall this thingy. Where can I find it?
Just to show my observations: in recent week I got very rare achievements in Cities:Skylines, Sniper Elite 4 and Boneraiser Minions (or whatever it is called). Now, C:S is okay - all achievements are shown in proper place, while two other - with lower rarity - not. Sniper Elite 4 is a popular game but few years old, while Boneraiser is newer, but I'm not sure how "new" it is, maybe 2021 or early 2022.

all three lines of my showcase are filled with them.
The rarest achievements listed are at one-half percent, not one-tenth (based on global percentages I see via the store page).
