No prime after be hacked
someone hack my account i just dont know how because i have steam guard, they stole my items and now i dont have prime on CSGO how its this posible

Your account wasn't hacked, most likely you used a fake website and gave your account data away.

https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

If this URL lists any entries then that's a good indication that someone took over your account.

thank you very much i just delete the update that was the free game that the hacker put on my library

How did you give someone else control of your account?

I find it so wierd that people who play CSGO are the only victims. Why did you not make this thread in the CSGO forum instead? It would be much more relevant there surely?

Because they are many, the game has items and trading, and steam introduced the users to a function "login with". And some users do it wrong.

A tip stay away from skin trading sites, u must of put ur steam guard number into one of them at some time, could of even been a while ago, but thats how this happens more or less

if you still have access to your account (or after getting your account back)

make sure to do all of these


DO NOT TRADE
many scams try and scare you into trading your items and they get hijacked

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/

2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

3. Change passwords from a trusted/clean computer.

4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
