You are not entitled to what you want, for the price you want it.
I've had MW2 on my wishlist for over a decade, never reaching a price point I'm interested in purchasing. One has to accept sometimes businesses don't want your money.
Again it varies by the devs and publishers of the game as not everyone will accept lowering their price for older games as much as some may do.
But you can still vote with your wallet.
being ripped off is subjective i spose...
and there are people that dont mind be ripped off...
