I wanna report a trademark violation.
The names "Draconia" and "Draconia City" are trademarked to me, Kerry Freeman.

How do I go about reporting these thieves to Steam?

EDIT: DMCA report filed.

No, it's not a joke. I am engaged in writing and weaving stories together to form a conclusive whole.

I sympathize with your love for your work, I really do working in a creative field myself. But what you do DOES NOT establish trademark. It, jesus, it simply doesn't.

This is not an advertisement, it is an attempt to protect my property (the names Draconia and Draconia City.)

That is the point, those names are not your property, your writing is. Those names cannot be copyrighted as you found and they are not a trademark, neither established by use and reach in the marketplace nor by registration.

Jesus, I hope for your sake that the DMCA won't get the game taken down or you'll end up in a world of ♥♥♥♥.

You just said it was an attempt to advertise your group... meaning it is an advertisement.
And editing the post that I quoted will not hide that statement from a moderator or valve employee.. they can see edits and deletions that the general public can't see.

You need a new shovel, mate? The one you've been using to dig the hole you put yourself in must be really worn out by now.

I actually said "I'm actively attempting to advertise my group." That doesn't mean I'm advertising it HERE.

It means I'm advertising it "IN GENERAL."

If I was going to say "this is an advertisement post" I would have. But it is not an advertisement post.

Putting words in my mouth will not change the fact that I'm not advertising using this forum. I sent you a link to my advertisement on another site.

It's clear you have no idea what trademark is......

You can't make a video game called Pepsi for instance and say Pepsi never used it as a game name.....

Also common law for trademark means your limited in the scope of where you can apply for trademark protection. You only have protection in your local geographic area when not filed

https://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/basics/why-register-your-trademark

So even if you had a case (which you don't) as Draconia is a basic word your protection would only extend to local companies near you.

It also extends to the internet, which is global.

No it does not, again

If you haven’t filed for state or federal registration, your trademark protection is based solely on using your trademark in commerce within a particular geographic area.

Clear as day. Again, you have no clue what you are talking about. There is no such thing as a global trademark, and you have to register it in each country which has different rules.

again, basic reading
International trademark registration
While there is no such thing as a “worldwide trademark” or a “worldwide trademark registration,” you can register your trademark in multiple countries through the Madrid Protocol. This international treaty allows you to file a single application that can then be applied to any of the over 100 member countries, as long as you meet the legal requirements for registration in those countries.

Although the Madrid Protocol creates something called an “international registration,” the registration doesn’t create worldwide rights. The treaty simplifies applying for a trademark registration in different countries, but it doesn’t automatically guarantee your trademark will be registered in each country. Each country’s trademark office will review your application and decide whether your trademark will be registered in that country.

Again though you didn't do any of that so you'd have no protection anyways. You'd had to have filed an application for it, which you didn't do.

Do you mean a trademark? Because copyright does not protect names, titles, slogans and so forth. As for a trademark, have you applied for one?

https://www.copyright.gov/help/faq/faq-protect.html

It's self-protected. You don't need to apply for either a trademark or a copyright, all you need is a copy of your work.
Self protected only counts in a very, very limited scope of protections. All states and nations, do not recognize self-protection. You must trademark something to be able to file a DMCA or otherwise prove stolen property. Words, largely are not able to be trademarked as you can be sued into oblivion for trademark trolling.

No advertising on Steam outside of your own group page. Period.

If you already files a DMCA, then that is all you can do. They can file a counter claim and see how it works in court.

Keep in mind that filing a fraudulent/false claim is a crime.

No use arguing about it here, so I will lock this up.
