There are non-tailored bundles as well, that can be gifted.
Both of these are up to the game's developer.
I understand but I dont understand why I cant buy a full pack to give it straight away to someone else. I guess I will just buy them one by one (well I dont have much of a choice).
Because it is a custom bundle for your account, not others. Games are removed if you own them.
Developers can set up both kinds. Honestly, they should too, imho.
Instead, you could check the store page while not logged in and send wallet funds in the amount need for them to purchase the bundle... assuming you are not using Wallet Funds to make the purchase.
