Live in Turkey, can't buy a game

Hello, I live in Turkey but have no local bank cards. I tried to buy a game with a Russian debit card but was unsuccessful. PayPal is also unavailable as other types of payments. How can I buy games?

You need Debit/Credit card from a Turkish bank registered to your address in Turkey. If your store is set to Turkey, only Turkish payment methods will work.

I have no Turkish bank card. But it looks like Steam gift cards nominated in TRY are available in local markets. How can I use them if "Mobile payments" do not work in Steam for Turkey and there only bank options available for payment?

You need to use a card from a Turkish bank. Steam demands that, so they can verify where you live. Otherwise everybody would be able to claim they lived in South America in order to get very cheap games.

It’s easy. You live in Turkey, have an address in the country and you open an account at your local bank.

Btw, you should know that the auto-flag system is far more sensitive to region hopping now - it will detect it.

Buy the games locally or go to one of the hundreds of online stores/key sites......you don't have to buy it directly from STEAM.

now , you can go to the Market place , Migros.. You say Cashier him / her, "I want to buy Steam Dijital card with cash money." (in Turkish ofcourse) and Cashier he / she ask phone number , Steam code recieve in the phone sms.
Another method. you can Papara card , Tosla card same market place Migros or Carrefour. The cards are money pay card , not a credit card. you can load Turkish Liras with Akbank ATM and you can use it , like a credit card on steam. ( Tosla card use epic, ubisoft, microsoft, playstation store and you can use some other seller / re-seller sites.)
