Games Not Showing in Favourites despite being favourited.

I have noticed that some of the games in my library aren't showing up in the favourites section even though I have added the games to my favourites. Could someone please explain what is going on here?

Can you give an example of a game? I think "Steam is Learning" games show up in favorites but knowing which game(s) would eliminate this being a factor.

Yeah we need to know specifics as there are examples why things don't show in certain places (like the "learning" phase).

It might be a bug but without context we can't say.

Are they installed? Uninstalled games won't show if the install filter is turned on, only thing I can think of

Well the game I noticed this time was Earth Defence Force 5. It has happened with other games but I would have to go back through my games and check as it has been a while since I've dealt with this issue.

Here's a thought - can you try an experiment? It might be the best way to see what's going on.

Go to your library and bung a load of new games in your favourites list, then make manual note of which you've added. Then see in a few days if anything changes.

If you bung a few on there, it may also mean that you'll find another this happens to.
The more we can find out, the greater our chance of maybe getting to the bottom of it.
