There's no horse-made games on here either. Not all promotions encompass EVERYTHING. Only two sales per year do close to that. This is CLEARLY lablled as what it is.
Don't care what the sex of the lead of the studio is anymore than I care what the lead artist had for lunch on Saturday.. As long as it's good and by the law of statistics. the majority of craptacular games out there now and historically have been made by guys, in studios run by guys.
And that's the other point.
Not every good game is a AAA.
The never ending cycle of "should've looked before I leapt".
Indie/small devs seem better anyway:

More a fan of generalized seasonal sales of genre, even the demo events make sense.
When people start making sales/events for games based off of things like gender, orientation etc they're too political & separated from the goal; making good/enjoyable games. But like most users with common sense, I buy what I enjoy or otherwise vote with my wallet.
It is silly. There's starting to become too many days of (thing) / sales for (thing) globally. People/Companies need to stick to just "Sell product. Remain about product. Do not politicize".
but I don't have any job with having a promotion for ANY reason, whether tenuous or even something like this which has some highlight.
So, basically like every other event sale we’ve had that features a lot of indie games. Poor OP, I can only assume they hated all those as well.
As an older gamer, i have to laugh at the constant complaints about sales. What do kids these days expect? Every game for free or 1 buck at the most, 2 months after release?
I'm still fascinated that companies are willing to sometimes put a 50% discount on their games after just 2-3 months on the market.
Back in the 90's, you were happy if a game dropped by 50% TWO YEARS after release. Console games practically never saw a price decline, unless they wer re-released in some budget form like Playstation Platinum (and even then: only 50% off, no matter how old the was)
Also since when does "AAA" mean quality? People learned nothing from worthless crap like Battlefield 2042, Cyberpunk or Last of Us it seems.
