Refund please help

hello, i would like to request a refund on this game i have 12 hours recorded and my computer can't handle it

No Support here and you're 10 hours over. The question Support is going to ask is, how did you play hours of a game your PC can't handle?

Anyway, I wouldn't bank on it but here you go:
Requesting a refund through the manual system...aka one lucky human will get to read your ticket....
Account Details -> View Purchase History-> Pick the game in question -> I have a question about this purchase. Explain the situation politely. Whether you get a refund is still up to Support. The answer is final.

I once had a game my PC wouldn't play no matter how I tried to start it. Only discovered later that my computer had been "running" it the entire day. I kept it because I was about to get a new computer anyway and wanted to play it, but it's something to keep in mind.

Unfortunately if you are over 2 hours and or also bought the product over 2 weeks ago you are not eligible for refund

Yup sorry, the rules you AGREED to are less than 2 hours played and bought within the last 14 days. You must fulfill BOTH conditions.

So you're WAY Out of luck.

You can ask for a refund and explain what happened, but after two hours of gameplay and/or fourteen days after purchase there's no guarantee you'll get it.

That does not in any way absolve the fact you ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up your right to refund.
