I live in South America... we basically don't exist for valve and their hardware
Of course, you will either be waiting a while like most people on the official release countries, or paying a good price from scapels.
Also you should read the forum rules. You don't get to choose who gets to comment just because they have different opinions than you
You can't say things like people with negative opinions keep away, because the rules you AGREED to do not say this.
I'm sorry but you need to understand that Steam is an international store. As such you may get areas where you get adverts on your store which don't match up with your locale.
Sadly this is just how the world works - geogrpahy and the net don't match up nice and neatly.
Valve is free to advertise their own items, no matter where the user is located. The point is to generate interest, and people from areas it's not directly shipped to will be getting them anyway, likely for more. Not Valves fault there's issues or it's cost-prohibitive to ship to areas that aren't within their Headquarters country or immediate allies / cost friendly trade countries.
