NEON Animated Profile Background low quality

Is it just me or the NEON background is super low quality?

You can see it showcased on my profile but the quality isn't there.

Also here's a link to the video address, most likely they used the same video as the one used in the Mini Profile?

oh yeah i see it too, i just bought the mini profile background one and that looks ok for me, i guess you have to contact steam support and send them ticket

Yeah. I noticed this too and it looks like the rest of the animated profiles from Zup F have the same problem.

Contact the dev and tell them about it, it was probably made for the mini profile and then stretched for BGs and why it looks so bad.

There is already a post about it so add to it HERE. But as linked in that thread seems like it's fine but could be on Steam's end.

I've seen many games with animated backgrounds have low quality display, i think is a steam problem

Nope, animated backgrounds are made by developers with the exception of the Debut Collection and Steam event sales. As are other stuff.

You should contact the devs and tell them why they have low quality.

Not really unusual. Many users are on Steam for 10 years and longer, playtime and games accumulate pretty easy over such a long time.

But if you want to have the video in higher quality than it is right now, I'll suggest to reach out the Game Dev.
