Here is a guide that another Steam user was kind enough to make. It will help you navigate your way thru the recovery process if you are having any problems.

as stated, valve does not contact you. mass reports do nothing unless the account did something to violate the rules, and if it did, steam would action the account and you would need to contact steam support thru the ticket system to get it sorted out.
I would also contact your credit card company and have them replace the card depending on what site they had you use.
Screenshots are easily faked. Valve would not send you a screenshot of their tools. You spoke to someone on Discord, not Steam, so they can link any account they want, even that of a real Valve employee.
Do as Wolf Knight suggests and follow those instructions to get your account back and secure it.
Follow the instruction Wolf Knight gave. The link is to a guide on how to get back a hijacked account, even with out the email.
Calm down, read the guide carefully and follow the directions given. Don't forget the rest of the post either as that will help secure the account.
You do not need to contact support. Just report the user, block and move on.
Try to self-recover your account or contact Steam Support:
You can use the Help site to try to self recover your account or contact Steam Support if you are unable to.
If you are unable to complete the self recovery process, Steam Support will verify the account is yours and recover it for you.
When contacting Steam Support try to provide as much of the following as possible:
1.Proof of account ownership (See below)
2.Any possible Steam Account login names
3.Any possible email addresses used on the account
