Family sharing VAC ban
Will using Family Sharing between a VAC banned account and a freshly created account trigger a vac ban on the new account?

You cannot share games that you are VAC banned in anyway.

All VAC enabled games cannot be shared if you share with a VAC banned account, so it's best to safe that you can't get VAC banned from that account in anyway.

Correction: when sharing to a account with bans, there's no restrictions whatsoever.
