You cannot train people out of basic elements of human psychology. Confidence games will remain viable for the foreseeable.

If people here INVESTED in being on Steam can't read the very messages Valve put out, what hope do you think ANYONE is going to have reading an ISPs message?
That makes zero sense.
So telling gamers that PSAs about these scam issues being useless to post time and time again would be a similar exercise of futility, correct?
Better to just ignore them and let them fall to forum oblivion.
