Steam account stolen and deleted

Hello, so somebody contacted me on steam that he made a false report for "duplicate items" in my inventory, he sent me a discord and steam name to contact, i took a look at his steam account and it looked legit, it said that he is a valve employee so i believed him, i gave me info and before i know it my account is stolen and he even dares to ask me for a 50 euro gift card, i told him that i have been scammed once so i know the drill, i immediately contacted steam support and gave my e-mail and credit card info, then the guy says that he deleted my account, now if i'm right then the account deletion can be reversed for 30 days, am i right? So i told him that he can go f himself then he sent me a photo of a penis and blocked me.
So question 1: Can an account deletion be reversed?
Question 2: Will my items/games be lost after it's recovered?
Question 3: How long will it take until my account is recovered?

You just need to recover your account, its not deleted. It takes 30 days to delete an account.

Question 2: Will my items/games be lost after it's recovered?

Any items he sells/trades away won't be returned to you. You can restore games he deletes so they should be fine. If he cheats in any of your games and you get banned it won't be reversed.

He can't sell them for sure, he would have to upload 5 euros because of that steam thing where you can't trade, and i don't think that he will download TF2 just to craft away my items.

It is impossible for the account to be deleted unless you took 30 days to notice. It takes 30 days for an account deletion to even occur when you submit it.

Your games will be there, the items are another story. You'll just need to get access back and see what he did.

He can't sell them without spending some money on it, crafting them into scrap metal doesn't make sense either because he can't sell those so i don't think that he can do anything, i hope

He's not deleting the account, he's just trying to confuse you and have you think you lost everything so that you don't try to get the account back.

He cant delete the account, there is a 30 day delay even if he was able to initiate a delete request. If you got a ticket with support, just wait for the response.

Simples - because it's covering their tracks and making it more difficult for you.

It's not markedly different to a bank robber ditiching their getaway car.

Although as pointed out already the account ain't being deleted - it doesn't really work like that. You CAN delete an account but as stated it takes 30 days. If you can't view then they've simply changed things.

The logic doesn't add up because of your assumption that he's deleting your account. Not being able to find your account on a friends list just means he's blocked that account. Or the data that you're searching on in the user search has changed, which isn't uncommon. Assuming your account has been deleted or is going to be is a wild leap.

Sometimes you have to wait for actual facts to come in before you let your imagination fill in the gaps. You're ability to guess at missing data accurately isn't very good, which is fine, pretty normal for people to not be able to make accurate guesses.
