You know you can report those the same way someone reported yours for advertising? Just do it.
Report an image, if you think it’s contrary to the rules—and it’s certainly a good thing to remove advertisements for scams, innit?
If you’re hyperbolically using “naked,” though, don’t be surprised if what you don’t like doesn’t always turn out to be against those rules.
So, you basically thought if 1000+ of people putting links in their profile name and in their avatars, it can't be against the rules.
You're wrong.
If you think someone is violating the terms of service, report that account.
Because they are scam sites, people are loosing their accounts every day because of them, not to speaking about all the VAC banned accounts due hijacking.
Heck you`re not even allowed to trade items outside Steam.
Advertising is a no-no, period.
