Tiberious the answer to your problem is to use multiple Steam accounts and by doing so actually eh if one got compromised at least you would have others to use in the meantime. Also if you have boat loads to spend why aren't you buying games on GOG as you can actually have no DRM with some of the titles there. You may have to pay more but it is worth it.

That could run into issues as well, as if you make about 10 transactions within a 3ish hour window you get a different message about too many in a short period of time and it blocks you for a while.
