Rust game banned

hey i got banned and i wanted to know if i will ever be able to play

You might imagine that after 3 full months of not being allowed, due to a permanent ban, that you would think "it's a permanent ban".

What part of permanent isn't clear to you?

If you want to play, you'll have to have a new account, but frankly from what I have heard, rust will figure out you're trying to dodge a ban and may very well be able to ban it too. They don't like cheaters.

For Rust... Depends on who banned the account. Easy Anti-Cheat or Facepunch themselves.

But go through Easy Anti-Cheat first. They'll let you know if they banned the account or the developers.

They won't unban you.. So good luck with that... I only played rust one time.. I created a local server with my kid and we played for like 20 minutes.. And then bam Rust game banned me for no reason..

Before people try and say I was hacking just think about it... I was Admin on my own local server with one other person in it.. I had no reason to cheat whatsoever..

Rust / EAC falsely banned me essentially stealing my 40 dollars from me for absolutely no reason with no support or follow up or way to fight the game ban.. That is my one and only experience playing Rust and now I have a game ban on my steam account.

I've stopped using steam for new game purchases and won't even try to play rust again.. Their not going to steal another 40 dollars from me.. lol.

But you don't get "banned for no reason", the fact the account is still banned 205 days later confirms the use of known cheats or other software designed for cheating. Running your own local server does not excuse the use of cheats, thus earning a ban with anything protected with an anti-cheat.

You have this option and only this option:

But again, 205 days means you were caught with known cheats.
Steam did not steal anything, you get game banned for cheating so if you do not wish to lose money in games with anti-cheats; don't cheat.

thats why i probably will never buy this pos game. every discussion board i go to is people getting game banned by the rust devs for no reason, feels like the devs just ban because they feel like it

Someone hacked my account went in and got me perma banned somehow my appeal with easy cheat got denied. So idk what I'm going to do now I just finally got into the game. Less then 100 hours get all hyped for jungle update just to be banned because some hacker just wanted to.....

They might be telling the truth cause my account got hacked & the hacker did something on rust for me to get banned, iv never cheated in any game in my life. i come here now looking to see if there is a way to appeal it

EAC bans apply to the account even if it was hijacked at the time

They made similar thing to me. I just bought game as new user, played like 30 minutes and abandon game becouse of my low pc spec. When i got new pc i wanted to try rust again i saw there is vac ban on my game.
So belive me or not, innocent people also geting bans for nothing, and Rust just stealing people's money
