Did you "live" in Russia when you were purchasing cheap Steam games and then stop "living" there afterwards? Heck, you posted in one game forum asking for help with the game that you cracked/pirated and then suddenly and recently, you purchased a number of games, including the game you were pirating...from Russia. And now, you don't live in Russia anymore. Really subtle.
You posted in the Mortal Kombat X forum and openly stated that you were "testing" the cracked version.
Just 3 weeks! And it shows you`re willing to pirate Steam games, that alone is a very bad idea.
And it just kills your reputation.
2 hours are enough, its just another excuse from you. Like i said, Valve can and will terminate accounts that are breaking the rules.
Your post history is publc, i suggest you just stop pirating games, or at least you`re clever enough to not share it on the forums.
That was just a few weeks ago as was already pointed out. That's not long ago. And now you have a legit copy after suddenly "moving" to Russia and then moving back.
To answer your question, what you're doing is not "illegal" but it does violate the Valve/Steam terms of service and is grounds for banning your account. You weren't "moving" from Russia to Malaysia.
