You can just google your specs vs the min/recommended. You've got an HD 630 as your integrated graphics.
ok I don't meet the minimum system requirements but will I atleast still be able to run the game even with low quality and low fps and lag
AVOID like the plague any laptop or PC that seems hreasonable spec but either hides what graphics card they have or just has the Intel chipset.
While the more modern ones can run some games OK, they are NOT a gaming graphics card (and that's why those PCs are cheap).
The wrost problem is that not only do you often find even at best they run a game badly, you can even have it where an update to the game renders the game permanently unplayable going forward.
I wish you luck. Took me a while to find a cheap laptop this year.
