Steam Acc safety while playing in gaming clubs
Hi there bwoys!
Long time since I've visited PC clubs, but for a reason I'm not at home right now I wanna go play in computer club.

Please advise whether it's safe to login into my steam account in a gaming club.
What safety measures should be taken not to get hijacked of any kind (account itself / inventory etc.)?

And Yes, I use Steam Guard.
Big thanks in advance!

Ask the cafe owner what security they have in place.

Any machine you do not have full control over is per definition unsafe.
As mentioned above, literally any device you use to log into your Steam Account that is not your own is potentially unsafe.
Someone might have used cheats on it, and did not get rid of them properly, which could lead to a VAC Ban on your account, which would then be permanent.

Just leave your Steam games at home, and do something else when you're away.

Zero guarantee of account safety even with any given security the owner claims to have.

One rogue device or rogue software used for cheats will get you a nice permanent ban in games.

Do not advise.

Yeah, sounds right! That's the only reason I find relevant. My password can also be stolen but it's nothing without Steam Guard. But Vac is real danger..
Thank you!

I agree! It's better to play from club's account / they say they got such on every PC there..
Thanks! 👐

Just turn on 2factor auth with your steam app. Even if they capture your username and password they can't login without your steam auth code.

Unless they grab that too.
