Transparent steam profile background

[how do I aim down the sights]

So I was browsing some steam profiles and I came across two profiles and they were extremely transparent compared to many other profiles that I have seen especially near the area with comments and the area at the top near the profile picture and IGN. I am wondering how this was accomplished.

seem like is the wallpaper that matches the color..
the theme the user using is cosmic

also the featured showcase may block the background.. I just try it myself.
As you can see from these 2 users they didnt put much showcase in their profile and both of the showcase are favorite games.

It was indeed. When I wrote the answer, the theme was still valid and gave the profile a extra transparent, light blue look. At this point both profiles are back to the non limited themes.

your best option is the Dying light 2 game profile on the points shop for 10k points
turn it on then remove
the avatar
the boarder
the background

leave the theme alone

doing this should give you a transparent main profile

I spent the 5k points and it was worth it. It's the most transparency I've seen; it was the Graveyard Smash one.
