It takes a lot to get to the point of a permanent ban. I suggest reviewing previous infractions and taking them into consideration.
There is no penalty for a ban being removed by support.
Anyways the answer I received shows my past community hub bans where mostly every single one of them were really honest mistakes but I am not denying that I didnt deserve the bans no maybe I did them but after a ban I usually ignore people from that hub and only mostly focus on the game itself.
Also I really believe getting a community hub ban from a game lets say witcher 3 should not affect my discussion in Dota 2. Thats straight up unfair...

Please I kindly ask moderators to let us speak :)
I prefer that people take all your actions into their decision. Several slaps on the wrist across several hubs usually mean that your behaviour is problematic.
You were given the answer, repeated bans where you refuse to change your behavior will eventually lead to a permanent ban. There is no other discussion possible that will add to that.
It's entirely fair, its like stealing from 1 best buy means you are banned from all best buys. Makes no sense to only block you from 1 specific forum if you've been abusive to the point of getting a permanent ban.
Btw this community guideline is a very poor because even though you read it it is still unclear and you can break a rule without knowing.
I believe on every single new game hub if a user posts something ESPECIALLY (happened to me a lot) when it is clear that they are honest mistakes, the user should get a warning. When you insult sure then I would understand the ban.
For example 2 month ago I posted a twitch link and streaming a game where cheaters were out of control and I posted the link by saying lets troll and expose the cheaters. And boom I got banned 1 month. I wrote in the ban message and begged that I didnt know about it and how it was a honest mistake and its being ignored completely and when you contact support they will reply to you a generic copy paste answer and just close the ticket.
TL;DR
am I cursed forever on this account for my previous ban history which can actually be reduced to couple if a valve moderator had a heart? if I make an honest mistake, am I always going to be perma banned of a game community hub?
Bans stack, yes.

Maybe stop breaking the rules?
The only redemption for any ban history around here is making another clean account. Or you could like... not break the rules in the first place. I doubt "ur mums ded" is another honest mistake of yours.
Warnings exist to give a nudge to those that mods feel can be trusted to behave after getting one and your history doesn't do much to inspire that trust.
All you can do is be more careful and conscious of the rules while posting for a long enough period to show you are different now and hope to rebuild your image enough to give less credit to your past.
After the first time, you should've realized, let alone the 2nd and 3rd time receiving a ban.
Yours was reported and your past history suggests...
You didn't learn from your mistakes and keep on posting nonsense.
