Permanent community hub ban is sadistic and I hope valve will be forgiving in the future
Recently I received a permanent community hub ban on my first ban from Fall Guys game for defending the game. Since developers with a lot of money is not interested in hiring someone to moderate their hub on steam, it was the steam employee who gave me the perma ban.

I literally wrote an essay and begged them how I am embarrassed for this and apologized like 5 times and said that it will not happen again even though i literally dont think I deserved the ban but I accepted it anyways.

Anyone who wonders why i was banned is because some trolls are keep saying "Game is dead" and after ignoring these types of trolls for million times I just had this angry moment and replied to one of them as "ur mums ded" but also in a joke way and immediately received the following ban which is beyond crazy for me but I regret it anyways:
https://prnt.sc/vkr5nf

Also I have noticed that everytime I contact a steam support its the same person that is replying to me not only rude but with also "we dont give damn" attitude.

Is it really hard for Valve to have employees with kind heart?

also another thing the reason I replied that comment that caused a perma ban was because the whole page was filled with people saying game is dead and its literally was impossible to find people who actually talk about the game itself. Anyways can I contact support hoping it will be a different person that might lift the ban for me?

I believe that the reason for them being sadistic and not lifting the ban is because if they would have lifted the ban then the person who banned me would kind of get "penalty" for false ban or whatever.

It takes a lot to get to the point of a permanent ban. I suggest reviewing previous infractions and taking them into consideration.

There is no penalty for a ban being removed by support.

Why do you lock my topic with a generic answer?
This shutting people up by steam staff is really out of control. I was not mad nor raging. Does Valve reeeeaaally hate their customers? Can I kindly ask you to let me discuss this big problem with other users and get their thoughts on this? At this point I am trying hard to love steam when you dont allow us to speak. Just like Valve was forced to implement a refund system I think in the future they will get problem with this "shutting people up" behavior.

Anyways the answer I received shows my past community hub bans where mostly every single one of them were really honest mistakes but I am not denying that I didnt deserve the bans no maybe I did them but after a ban I usually ignore people from that hub and only mostly focus on the game itself.

Also I really believe getting a community hub ban from a game lets say witcher 3 should not affect my discussion in Dota 2. Thats straight up unfair...

Maybe you should rethink your behaviour and let the drama rest.

I prefer that people take all your actions into their decision. Several slaps on the wrist across several hubs usually mean that your behaviour is problematic.

You're gonna get a community ban, and no one at all is going to care.

You were given the answer, repeated bans where you refuse to change your behavior will eventually lead to a permanent ban. There is no other discussion possible that will add to that.

It's entirely fair, its like stealing from 1 best buy means you are banned from all best buys. Makes no sense to only block you from 1 specific forum if you've been abusive to the point of getting a permanent ban.

"Refuse to change your behavior" It is impossible to do it on steam. Nowadays you can get banned literally for anything now. I mean ANYTHING. I dont understand how people who spam "Game is dead" and proceed with troll messages are getting away with it and people who try to defend gets banned. I wouldnt really mind for a temporary ban even though I still think it is unfair but steam never gives second chance. They are saying staff dont get a penalty for lifting a ban so why dont you be kind to people? I really care about this and I really feel like a big hurricane coming regarding this matter to Valve

Bans based off PREVIOUS behaviors
I have about 20 ban on my account and even though you might disagree with me but most of them (maybe about 15 of them) were honest mistakes but anyways I wanted to ask you if am I cursed because of this? Lets say a new game came out and I check around the hub and I post something that breaks the rules. Is it always going to cause a perma ban me every single time?

Btw this community guideline is a very poor because even though you read it it is still unclear and you can break a rule without knowing.

I believe on every single new game hub if a user posts something ESPECIALLY (happened to me a lot) when it is clear that they are honest mistakes, the user should get a warning. When you insult sure then I would understand the ban.

For example 2 month ago I posted a twitch link and streaming a game where cheaters were out of control and I posted the link by saying lets troll and expose the cheaters. And boom I got banned 1 month. I wrote in the ban message and begged that I didnt know about it and how it was a honest mistake and its being ignored completely and when you contact support they will reply to you a generic copy paste answer and just close the ticket.

TL;DR
am I cursed forever on this account for my previous ban history which can actually be reduced to couple if a valve moderator had a heart? if I make an honest mistake, am I always going to be perma banned of a game community hub?

Yes, ban severity is based off previous behavior, among other factors.

Maybe stop breaking the rules?

Not knowing the rules is not an excuse for breaking them.

The only redemption for any ban history around here is making another clean account. Or you could like... not break the rules in the first place. I doubt "ur mums ded" is another honest mistake of yours.

20 is way too many. Even if you claim most were mistakes, you were given a link to the rules and guidelines in each ban. So, they weren't really mistakes but intentional disregard for the rules you were told to read.

The issue is that having so many past bans shows that you didn't bother paying attention to the rules and warnings then and had to have things escalated and have the freedom to post taken away to stop you.

Warnings exist to give a nudge to those that mods feel can be trusted to behave after getting one and your history doesn't do much to inspire that trust.

All you can do is be more careful and conscious of the rules while posting for a long enough period to show you are different now and hope to rebuild your image enough to give less credit to your past.

How is getting 15 bans a "mistake"?
After the first time, you should've realized, let alone the 2nd and 3rd time receiving a ban.

ok but why people keep spamming "game is dead dont buy this garbage" gets away? :D I really didnt think "ur mums ded" would get me a ban since seeing a lot of people literally spam far worse. What I am trying to get at there is a serious consistency issue on steam unfortunately.

Yours was reported and your past history suggests...

You didn't learn from your mistakes and keep on posting nonsense.
