CSGO "Invalid app configuration"

Can someone please help me here? Been playing CSGO almost 5 years and the last week or so Ive been getting this error when launching game about an invalid app configuration. Nothing has changed in my system. No need for system specs because Ive more than enough PC power to run CSGO. I validate game files then same error, restart pc and it works the first time and says running first time setup. When I launch it again, same ♥♥♥♥ again. Cant keep doing this if I want to play CSGO every time. Deleted caches, restarted steam, validated files and all the steam support guide lines. Every time its the same issue.

It launches after like 4 times of retrying the launch even after the guidelines from steam was followed. Every time still invalid app config and on the fourth launch it works. Its damn annoying. If it doesn't launch after one click of the play game button, its broken in my eyes lol. My pc is unchanged so the issue must be with csgo and it is the only game I get this issue with. If its not hackers, its broken updates. Please steam don't waste my time with useless guidelines that doesn't fix a issue..

Guys try restarting steam it worked for me

Only thing that sorted my game out was to reinstall the game. All other options worked like once then does same thing again, sometimes doesn't work at all. Better now after reinstalling.

I get the same error. it loads when relaunching after a few times but it's annoying. I verified the files and it still happens.

reinstall games will be the best
or turn off the computer before the game and turn it on
or delete the file

also having this issue, verifying the game takes forever and temporary fixes the game. relaunching Steam/CSGO works best. don't waste your time verifying or reinstalling. right now I think it's a random bug
