Invalid SSL Certificate
Not sure if it's a problem with my ISP or what have you, but I cannot access the "store.steampowered" side of Steam, but as seen here by this post, I can access the "steamcommunity" address for Steam. I've tried the usual like restarting my router and PC, flushing DNS, and disconnecting/reconnecting physical media, even switching between non-beta and beta versions of Steam, but I still cannot access it.

In addition to it occurring in the client, when trying to view "store.steampowered" on a web browser, it is labeled as a non-private connection with a security certificate funnily enough from Viacom. Not sure what step to take to view the store from here.

It's a local issue, maybe because you're using an outdated webbrowser and/or OS?

SSL certificates get trusted based on 'master certificates' which get stored on either your OS or within the certificate store of your browser. The only isuse: they need to be kept up to date because certificates can expire over time, including master certificates.

So... what OS and browser are you using?

I would imagine if that is truly the issue, it might be because I am not on the newest version of Windows 10, so this could be it. As for web browser, it was showing a non-private connection on Chrome, but was fine on Tor Browser.
