PES 2021 pre-download start date ?
I per-ordered PES 2021 and it is already in my steam library from a long time, I know that launch date is 15th of December but when can I start downloading the preload files to make the game ready at launching time ?

You can't until the game is released OR until the developers have enabled preload for the title.
