So i was trying play Railworks and i get a friend request from a person named "约炮Q群672556484", i check theyre profile and they had multiple past names that were like the current one and one game ban. Does anyone know who or what it is?

Common chinese bait account. They will send you some link that would ask you to add them on a chat platform. The numbers on the profile name usually means the QQ code of an account. QQ being a chat service by Tencent and primarily used by China.

i got added by that guy too, sometimes he can bait you to a image which contains viruses/spyware thingy

Just ignore random adds, most will post suspicious links and if they do report it.

This one IS a bot for sure, it's name literally means "Prostitution QQ Group (that code)".
If you see anyone named with "QQ" or "QQ群" (which means "QQ group") or "Q群" (which is a short term of "QQ group") and a code, it's highly likely to be an advertisement bot.
Just report them if see them again. If possible, report to the Tencent too, as prostitution is illegal in China.

Because the account might be hijacked. And you already have to pay 5 bucks to be able to send friend requests.

Well it's the accounts holders responsibility to make sure their accounts are secure.

Not something easily enforceable. All this is doing is making it more expensive for normal people to create a Steam account. All of these bot accounts are hijacked accounts which have 5 dollars already spent on them.

Maybe it will teach people to secure their account, and not click on random links. most accounts I would imagine are stolen due to greed by the owner.

Not all accounts that were hijacked were from owners being greedy. Some links appear as typical sites and require a log-in to view content.
