How do people still have Golden Profile?

Mine ran out but I still see people around with it. How do they still have it going? Is there a way to buy a new one?

You can get it again if you want, you have to spend the same amount of points again for another 30 days. No you can't stack them sadly, so you have to do this every 30 days if you want it to keep going.

the points shop has been active for a few months now. you can continue to buy games and acquire points, which in turn you can dump into the point store.

I spend lots of $ on microtransactions so I have the money to keep buying golden profile.... forever. I've stockpiled so many points that you'll probably never see me without a golden profile except on the days it expires for a single post where I go and buy it again XD.

Golden profile can be bought at ANY time. It lasts 30 days.

After 30 days is up, it seems to be that about a day later you are able to buy it again, ad infinitum.

Simples.

i do like the golden profile, i got about 35k points just hanging their was thinking of getting it but the 30 days sorta turned me off from it.

anyways i love how i set my profile, its clean and simple its how i like it.

I find a cheaper way to do it is to go on Amazon and buy some cheap paint-in-a-spray-can gold paint. Then, when you get it, open both eyelids and spray liberally on both eyes.

Hey presto! Permanent gold profiles. No 30 days temporariness.

There may be some slight stinging in the eye area .... and runniness ... oh and loss of sight.

You can directly buy it on the same day the same minute it expires. At first it was a bug that it just wouldn't disappear from inventory for some people, but now it does.

You still have full control over your profile's look, save for the golden "theme" (see my profile for what I mean), where I'd like to use a plain black because it goes with my profile background (you could set yours back to default immediately) you're only able to use the golden one. But all the other stuff, avatar frames, background, etc is all able to be immediately replaced/removed.

I actually had no idea about that. I havnt been back to the store since summer. Now I got something to spend all these points on. Thank you!
