If it's anything like last Christmas Sale, then no. That sale was awful, with games barely hitting 50% for a lot of them.

I mean ya im with you on there to be honest I feel like when one manages to get there steam library at a certain point like lets say 500 games we look at sales as not worth while for me last years sales was bull and even the summers start to feel the same thats just me

The sales on steam have been awful for a while, not helped in any way whatsoever by the flood of shovelware that has appeared on the platform back since greenlight.

Well, do you want awesome sales with daily and flash deals or do you want refunds? You can't have both. Refunds killed the sales.

Well flash deals don't exist anymore as far as I know. Only same sales all the way now. I didn't even remember about christmas sale myself. That will be great. Wallets in danger I guess...

daily deals and flash sales I never refund I research the game before I buy it

Actually, there is no longer christmas sales either. It's only Winter sale now. But yes, researching the game we buy is ALWAYS a good idea and everyone should learn to do this before buying.

Excited enough.

I always get my games on a really long delay - I mark them on my wishlist, and just kind of leave them there forever. This year, a lot of the games I've marked for myself are crossing the 2 year mark which is when the discounts start to get good, plus a few indie titles I intend to try out.

The best part is I've done a really good job of avoiding spoilers, so I'm going to be trying a lot of them totally blind. Once I'm finished with work, I'm going to sit down and start working through titles new and old.

Valve never had a Christmas sale. They were Holiday and Winter sales.
