Custom download bandwidth limit amounts?
I have an Internet connection that maxes out at 37 Mbps / 4.6 MB/s.

Ideally, I'd like to limit Steam's downloads to 4.0 MB/s (maybe 4.2 MB/s).

Amongst lower and higher values, Settings > Downloads > Download Restrictions only seems to have 3.0 MB/s and 5.0 MB/s available.

Any suggestions?

Change your client to the beta or wait for the update that adds that option to stable :D:

Oh what, they actually changed it to B/s rather than bps? Hooray for consistency!
