Where can you find the game manuals now?
I remember in the old library some games had manuals available for download, and there was a "manual" button that let you open the PDF file.
I can't find this option in the new library anymore.

Its in the Store page, there's view manual button.

Right-click on the game > Properties.

@Dice is fully right but some games also install the manual together with the game. Right click on a game, select "Browse local files" and look for a 'manual' or 'doc' folder.
