How do I play steam games while downloading another steam game
So like I have been having issues
If I play one of my steam games which are single player my download stops
I wanna play my single player game and also download another steam game at the same time

How do I do this?

Also keep in mind that you can override this setting on a per-game basis as well. Check the game properties of whatever game you wish to play, then check the 'updates' tab. This allows you to set it to allow or deny downloads. Or, the default, follow the global setting.

Absolutely do it on a per game basis, for instance: If you mostly have singleplayer games, set your global option to be allow downloads and then on the online games force the option to NOT download, or vice versa.
