Can you remove a developer reply to a review?
I don't like the lies they try to push in my face; it's only aggravating. Nobody likes them and all they do is damage control and attempting to downplay your criticism. They can censor us all they want but we can't do the same?

Delete it and repost it. But the game dev can always post another one.

Tried it, still there like the disgusting parasites they are. Thanks anyway.

Then, just delete it.

God, I hope you are not talking about your Crossout rant ... The developer actually took time and made well thought out comment trying to explain some of the issues you have with the game. And you call them names for that.

I think they can manage without you in their game.

its hilarious that you think this is somehow them 'lying'

Seems much more the other way around

Right, you haven't even played the game, let alone as much as I have. Nor have you read the game's forums. I'm sure it's all crystal clear.

What "well-thought out comment"? Stating the obvious...? You'll have to be more specific. Also, try playing the game, then come back to me. There's a lot to cover about the game, and I don't have time to spell it out for people who claim to be instant experts.

Developer's have the right to respond to reviews. You can't dictate their response just as much as they can't dictate yours. If you disagree with them that much you can always edit your review and add or change your statements in response. Or, you can delete the review entirely and replace it with a simpler response.

Again the only one who looks really 'unresonable' here, is you. You might want to consider why that's the case

That's great buddy, but you're not very convincing that that's the case. I'll simply live with the fact developers can try to desperately do damage control on negative reviews even when uninvited.
zuppaclub Jun 27, 2020 @ 9:03pm
maybe uncheck 'allow comments' in owner controls setting on the right side of your review?

Just saying "it's well thought out" without providing examples as to why isn't compelling enough. They are mostly stating the obvious; water is wet.

I think I know how you think, since it looks long and drawn out (despite lacking substance of any kind), it looks legit. That's funny, because it isn't true.

Sure, but you don't have to look if you don't want to. I didn't make this thread to gain traction, I only wanted an answer to my apparently problematic question. https://steamcommunity.com/id/2xV/recommended/386180/

You don't get to stop developers from responding to a review of THEIR GAME. If you don't like it, don't write reviews.
kitt Jun 28, 2020 @ 12:42am
why you speak for me?
Xios Jun 28, 2020 @ 12:42am
Dude.. Did something bad happen to you today?
More often then not devs dig themself a bigger hole when they respond and there isn't anything wrong with that review or their reply...

Kinda seems like you're making a mountain out of a mole hill and trying to scapegoat your frustrations.
