How to get steam games at a discount (besides waiting).

Yesterday was my birthday, and I got a 20 dollar steam gift card, but sadly I couldn't get the game I really wanted, which was killing floor 2, is there any way to get it at a discount or reduce it to 20 bucks somehow? Thanks.

Could try contacting the devs for killing floor 2 to give you a discount coupon. But I doubt they do it, or they'll tell you to wait for their next sale.

Steam won't help you with this, and I'm not sure how often devs read their forums on Steam, so best option is go to killing floor website, and email the Devs.

Steam doesn't have control on the pricing of other games that are not their own, ether wait for a sale when the price would drop or try looking at a bundle site that does sales and I all so wouldn't waste yours and the devs time asking for a discount, they don't do them just because someone doesn't have enough money to purchase their product.

voidu gives much giveaways somthing fanatical dos do little and it also gives huges sales
