PUBG, Wrongfully Temp banned?
As anyone else had the 72 hour ban for "Suspicious Behavior"? if so where you able to get it lifted before the 72 hours where up?

I just got a 3 day temp ban, i have raised tickets and sent evidence i do not cheat, and if constantly dying in a game is counted as suspicious they best perm ban me, in 24 games i have a total of 9 kills (3 in 1 game), so in 23 games i got 6 kills, wtg cheater.

I know they are embarrassing but not cheater worthy and suspicious? really?

I played PUBG mobile for a while and left that and came to PUBG as it seemed they were doing more to stop cheaters and now im being classed as one of them.

My real issue is there is no response or reply to tickets raised, and the maddening thing is less than 3 days ago i spent money to play a game, surely they should be checking player reports out before just instant banning with no real reasoning.

Anyone looking at those stats can see I dont cheat, so how do i get unbanned? I really dont feel like waiting 3 days to get to play a game i purchased 2-3 days ago again.

And tbh if its this easy to get banned I dont know if i want to play the game anymore how do i go about getting a refund?

regards

Be glad it's a 3 day ban and not simply permanent.

Suspicious behavior doesn't necessarily mean 'cheating'. it means, people reported the account. So, only you know whether you were using macros that might make it LOOK like you're cheating, or actually cheating, OR behaving badly enough that people reported it.

You've got 3 days to work that out. No one gets it shortened. Like i said, you're *lucky* that it wasn't an insta permanent ban.

Refund eligibility:

LESS than 2 hours played AND within 14 days of purchase. Both conditions need to be met.

You have 14.7 hours which means you have failed on one condition.

.... OR....

You could WAIT the 72 HOURS.

I mean wow dude. "whoops people reported my account BETTER QUIT".

Makes it sound like you're a DELIGHT to play with. Which may very well be why it got reported....

So your as presumptuous as the people who ban us, no idea what my question about bans as to do with what sort of player i am in game, and if you actually took your time and checked stats i get solo team in most squad games so your talking utter ♥♥♥♥♥ tbh.

To me its a waste of cash if you only have access to the game 50% of the time, and do I want to play a game where its easy to get a ban for basically playing very badly, whats gonna happen if i actually improved and actually shot my weapon every match?

Sorry I dont feel i should have to wait 72 hours to access a game i payed for and have been wrongfully accused of cheating by some elitist who cant believe he got killed by a total noob.

The rules apply to all.

Good, bad, mediocre, it is not based on skill but reports from players of all levels.

PUBG uses temp and permanent game bans. A permanent ban appears on your profile.

You are not locked out of PUBG temp or permanent if you play by the rules you agreed to in the EULA.

I played by the rules that's my point, i have offered them access to my PC, i have given them pretty much solid evidence that i cant shoot for ♥♥♥♥, the stats show i cant hit the broad side of a barn door from the inside so to me this is some malicious player trying to cause grief to a totally new player all because he got a lucky kill, 1 of 9 in 24 games, are they the stats of a cheat?

So please spare me the accusing remarks I played by the rules and got a 72 hour temp ban because some player reported me, not because i broke a rule.

And this post was more about how to get the ban lifted if your innocent and as it ever happened? do support ever respond? do they actually look into each case before the 72 hours are up or do they just let the 72 hours tick down without any real effort to check if your innocent.

Like I said:

Bans can come because of cheating, OR for behavior issues. Understand that you getting all defensive about how you're not cheating isn't helping - it might have been because people just did not want to play with you, or found your behaviors, speech, interaction, or any other reason unpleasant. Unless you were *specifically TOLD* by the warning you got, "this is because you were caught cheating" they don't believe you were ACTUALLY cheating. "Suspected" behavior and a temporary ban = their system did not CATCH the account actually cheating.

They do not look into ANY cases. PUBG is a massive game with a huge player base, and a LOT of those players cheat like crazy. So like I said before: BE GLAD IT ISN"T PERMANENT.

You wouldn't be able to refund it if you had a game ban anyway.

I have played many team games in my years playing online and I know how to act and talk in a team environment, I only ever talk if its of use to team mates, but like i said, the ban was for suspected cheating/using unauthorized programmes. here is a snippet of email from support..

It appears that you are contacting us about the temporary restriction applied to your account.
Your access to the game was restricted due to the detection of suspicious actions/unusual patterns on it and is currently under investigation.

We understand that it might be frustrating to be suspected of using unauthorized programs and not being to play the game for the listed time period.
But we have to be extra cautious when it comes to game security as one of our priorities is to deliver a fair gaming environment for everyone.

So can we get of the persecution about what sort of person i am in game, i am an older person and ex military and respect other people, so quit the character assassination please.

This is all because i had 1 good game (if you think getting 3 kills is good) 1v3 as yet again i was solo queued in a squad match, i had used some tips i had watched about shutting doors moving fire position and peeking and now banned for it, i just wanted to know would they make an effort to investigate before 72 hours was up and unban me so i can continue to learn the game or not, obviously you wont believe me when i say i dont use cheats, but was hoping my abysmal game play so far through stats would show im a total noob and not a cheat, i would hope as a cheat i would be doing considerably better than i am at present.

Regards

The investigation is not about one good game.

It informs you that It is currently under investigation because of suspicious actions, unusual patterns were detected warranting the investigation.

They may deem after the investigation is over that the ban was warranted, it may be removed or turned into a permanent ban.

In the meantime you have to wait out.

Thanks for links i have already read the rules before i started playing the game, it doesn't state in rules however you can receive temp bans for player reports. It also states in the rules they will investigate, which means they should make decisions before the temp ban duration is up, meaning they cant just sit back and let the clock tick down which looks like what they do.

I have been temp banned on the word of a player, no proof, no video evidence like a death cam recording, surely they would have done this to support their accusation?

Yet i pretty much have put a better case together of my innocents than they have of my accusation. just look at the stats i posted, they are the stats of a total noob who got 1 lucky match out of 24, next game after was a fail, surely if i was cheating id get shots off every game? id have a better K/d than 0.4? Just feel very unfairly treated , oh that's in the EULA also :-)

I understand the game needs to get rid of cheats and im all for that, but surely these player accusations need to be investigated before banning a player, or any bunch of friends could cause a player untold grief?

Just very shocked at the treatment of a totally new customer, i have been banned longer than i have owned the game with zero proof.

Apologies if it sounds like a rant now, but i am very much into defending the innocent, especially when its me :P
