You could always check how many names they have in their name history and decline the friend invite if there's more than one name showing. Or invite only real friends.
I can't even remember when one of my friends changed their name.
Idk why people would live an office life for 30 years just because they get money.
I want something new every so often
There's a lot of weird people nowadays
Steam should do something about this
I guess you could say, if you don't recognize your friend then maybe he is different person, not the one you once knew, friendships don't last forever, why? Because people change.
Every change changes either brain or genes, thus making us after change a different person.
As I said, I am already aware of this feature and I have been using it. It just suprises me, how many people can’t decide on a name.
We must protect him and his kind
